Want to add accessories to your D5 without cutting wires? The Evolution D5 PowerPlate® offers an easy, plug-and-play harness with bolt-on installation, allowing you to integrate 12V accessories with a marine-grade fuse panel and ample space to mount your LED controller, amplifier, or anything else you need.

While the Evolution D5 features a 48V to 12V reducer to power factory 12V components (like the touchscreen, lighting, and soundbar), the only way to tap into that power is by cutting and modifying the wiring. Most cart owners don’t want to risk cutting into their factory wires, which is why we created the D5 PowerPlate®. It plugs directly into the 12V converter with no cutting, splicing, or soldering—providing a safe and efficient solution to power your accessories.

No Drilling, Cutting, or Screwing: The PowerPlate® bolts directly into existing holes under the rear seat, and the fuse panel plugs right into the 12V converter—no need to drill holes or cut wires.
Accessory Panel: In addition to 12V terminals for your amp, LED controller, and other accessories, the PowerPlate® provides a convenient surface area to mount those items.
Upgraded Wiring: The factory 12V wiring lacks fuses, leaving your converter vulnerable to short circuits. This PowerPlate® adds fuses to protect your wiring and prevent damage to your converter.
Built for Weather: Made with an ultra-rust-resistant, powder-coated American plate, heat-shrunk wires, marine-grade connectors, and a marine-grade fuse panel, the PowerPlate® is designed to withstand all weather conditions.
10-Gauge Wiring: To support higher-amperage accessories like LED light bars and amplifiers, the PowerPlate® features a 10-gauge wire harness capable of handling up to 20 amps, which is the max output from the D5 converter.
Easy Access: Mounted below the rear seat, with the fuse panel facing up, the PowerPlate® makes checking your fuses quick and easy.

Order this PowerPlate if you want a straightforward and reliable way to add 12V accessories (lights, audio, etc.) to your cart.
Do not order this PowerPlate if you want one of our audio or LED systems, as those packages come with a PowerPlate that includes all wiring pre-installed.
This PowerPlate does not plug-and-play with our audio and LED systems. If you purchase this PowerPlate now and later decide to upgrade to one of our LED/Audio packages, the new package will include a PowerPlate with the amp and/or LED controller pre-wired to the fuse panel, making this PowerPlate obsolete.
